Notice in relation to Severe Weather Trading arrangements
Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited announced that, with effect from 23 September 2024, severe weather trading arrangements for maintaining normal operations of the Hong Kong securities and derivatives market during severe weather conditions (“Severe Weather Trading”) has been implemented.
To support Severe Weather Trading, Heng An Standard Life (Asia) Limited (‘We” or “the Company”) will continue to process your investment choice related requests submitted via electronic means at or before 3:00 pm as usual under severe weather conditions[1] pursuant to the relevant terms and conditions. Please note that not all the underlying funds corresponding to our investment choices are affected by Severe Weather Trading, and certain fund managers and their respective trustees may determine Severe Weather Trading arrangements at their discretion. We would use our best endeavour to make appropriate arrangements to ensure the normal processing of your requests during severe weather conditions.
Under severe weather conditions, the Company’s office will be closed as per the current arrangement for safety considerations.
