We strive for excellence in serving you, our valued customer, at all times. The Go Green initiative is designed to not only enhance efficiency in communicating with you through greater convenience and improve timeliness of communication, but also to support environmental friendliness by moving away from paper to electronic notices.
By choosing to receive our notices in electronic copy via your customer login account Note. We will alert you by sending e-notifications to your latest email address to login to your customer login account for the following electronic notices: (1) anniversary statements, (2) investment choices notifications (if applicable), and (3) confirmation of fund switching or re-direction application (if applicable). This service will extend to other notices between you and Heng An Standard Life (Asia) Limited from time to time.

- Please refer to the "Go Green Registration Guideline” if your policy start date is on or before 6 March 2011,
- Please refer to the “Go Green Registration Guidelines (with activation key) “ if your policy start date is on 7 March 2011 and thereafter.
Your preference to Go Green as our existing policyholder:
If you are our existing policy holder and agree to effect and record the change in the way that we will communicate with you in the future, we propose amendments to your policy be made by way of the Amendments to the Provisions to your policy provisions. Please click here to view the Amendments to the Provisions and indicate your consent under “My Profile” in your customer login account Note.
This change, together with the amendments to your policy, will be effective from the date printed on the Amendments to the Provisions. It will be notified to you via both your registered email and postage addresses with us, and the Amendments to the Provisions will be made available in your customer login account and enclosed in the letter for your record after your consent has been provided.
