Digital Marketing Coordinator (12-month agency contract)

: Full Time Temporary
SC Job Function: Strategy & Digital

Purpose

To provide digital marketing support to our Strategy & Digital Department to walk into our digital transformation journey.

Core Responsibilities

AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content):

  • Design and execute AI-driven content to personalize customer interactions and improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with AI vendor to develop and deploy AI-generated content for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure the quality and relevance of AI-generated content align with the company’s brand voice and objectives.

AI Tool:

  • Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and developing marketing tools.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) to create and edit marketing materials.
  • Implement AI tools to enhance marketing processes, such as predictive analytics and customer segmentation.

Digital Campaign Supporting:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and SEM
  • Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track and analyse website performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective digital campaigns.

General:

  • Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams and third-party creatives to produce marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Perform ad hoc marketing projects as assigned.

Qualifications / Experience / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in insurance, advertising & marketing, digital, or customer insight.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills, Excel, and report writing.
  • Self-starter, fast-learner, problem-solver, able to work independently.
  • Attention to detail, well-organized, and result-oriented.
  • An energetic team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
