Manager, Distribution Campaign & Promotion
Full Time Permanent
To provide all round support pertaining to sales related activities to the Chief Distribution Officer (CDO), Sales Team and intermediaries to achieve sales related objectives through our chosen distribution partners.
Qualifications / Experience / Requirements
- University degree or equivalent.
- At least 6 years work experience in agency development and sales & marketing role in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Understanding of the insurance industry both in Class A and Class C products.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Computer skills should include PowerPoint, Excel, MS Office, Outlook. Basics of website maintenance skills and an understanding of Life Asia are a plus.
- Relationship building and facilitation skills.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
